Natural gum arabic is hand-collected from Acacia senegal trees during the harvest season by experienced collectors, following practices that protect the trees and keep production sustainable. Sourcing straight from the producing regions safeguards both quality and authenticity.
Every piece of gum arabic is inspected and carefully sorted by colour, purity and size, with impurities and off-spec material removed, to deliver a consistent, high-quality raw material.
The raw material goes through careful cleaning, drying and processing to remove natural impurities, then is prepared in different sizes ready for milling or for supply as clean raw gum arabic.
We mill to multiple grades depending on what the customer needs — from ultra-fine powders for beverages and pharmaceutical use to coarser cuts suited to confectionery, bakery and industrial applications.
Our team develops tailored formulations to match customer requirements, including blending gum arabic with functional ingredients such as probiotics or fruit extracts. Samples are approved by the customer before commercial production begins.
